I admit sugar is pretty darn delicious.  It is also one of the worst things to put inside your body.  One of the best ways to cut back on your sugar intake is to stop drinking sugary drinks like soda.  Drink water, or unsweetened tea or coffee instead.  The CrossFit Journal just posted a great article about sugar.  Check out the article here
