Holiday Monday
It was a short work week for some of us and thanks to everyone who came out to the team workout on Louis Riel Day.

Festival du Voyageur
Under the category of trying new sports and activities, Coach Rich and Chris Thor teamed up for the Voyageur Games.

Super Saturday
We had a strong showing on Saturday and members got to choose between the regular workout or to do the competition workout.
